Pricing FAQ
Can I switch between plans?
You can upgrade your plan at any time, and the change takes effect immediately. However, you cannot downgrade until your current subscription period ends. For example, if you're on Premium and want to switch to Standard, you'll need to wait until your Premium subscription expires.
What are Early Bird prices?
Premium is available at launch prices until 1 February 2027. Subscribe before then and you keep your Early Bird price for as long as your subscription stays active. After that date, new subscribers pay the standard price shown under each plan. If your subscription lapses after the end date, resubscribing is at the price available at that time.
Is Standard mode really free with no catch?
Yes! Standard mode is completely free forever with all core logging features and cloud backup. You just need to create an account with your email address. Guest mode is even simpler - it requires no email signup at all, but your data is only stored locally on your device.
Can I try Premium features before subscribing?
Yes. Every free Standard account includes a weekly AI allowance, so you can try HealthBot and the AI tools before you subscribe. Premium gives you a much larger weekly allowance and full access to every AI tool.
Do I need a subscription to earn referral commissions?
No paid subscription required, but you do need at least a Standard (free) account to participate in the referral program. Guest mode doesn't support referrals since it requires no email signup. Standard accounts and above receive referral codes and can earn commissions when their referrals choose paid plans.
